Her experience includes negotiating million dollar contracts and 1031 exchanges. Darlyne is a local commercial property owner and an owner and manager of rental properties.
Steve Parks co-owned Patterson/Parks Real Estate for over 20 years representing over 2000 transactions, managing and coordinating the execution of their successful closing. He has successfully represented several small and large builders in Orange & San Diego Counties and in Palm Springs, marketing & selling their developed lots & residences. Steve had his own landscaping company who supervised the completion of many Orange County projects, both residential and commercial/industrial. Supervised a staff of 10 full time employees. Steve also was the Head of the Planning and Strategy Unit for Goodwill Industries/Gardening Maintenance Division. |
